WE HAVE finally recovered from a glorious time at Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival in the Highlands. The sold-out 10,000 capacity festival brought together an eclectic musical lineup with something for everyone. Headliners included Madness, Two Door Cinema Club, as well as SAMAs winners such as Colonel Mustard & The Dijon 5, Bwani Junction, and Crash Club.
Our focus for the weekend was The Seedlings Stage. The stage is all about new emerging talent from Scotland and further afield. The SAMAs very own Richy Muirhead was invited to co-host, alongside BBC Scotland's Vic Galloway. The tent is ran in association with XPO North and was home to performances from the likes of We Came From Wolves, Be Charlotte, The Lapelles, and more over the weekend.
